We’ve been taking our cats to BPC for over a decade. They’ve never failed in providing the best services possible. They work very hard in a demanding and often stressful industry. We appreciate their dedication, talents, kindness, honesty, communication, love of pets and people. BPC is dedicated in helping our fur babies with their health. Whether it’s preventative or illnesses. Everyone there is very kind. Reassurance is provided to us as well. They have fur babies too and understand. Dr Yung is a seasoned Veterinarian and keeps up to date on new clinical treatments and research. Her diagnostic, surgery skills, communication and empathy is outstanding. Our last kitty loves Dr Yung and will nuzzle her face into her arm. She is normally timid with people. Only other vet we’ve seen is Dr Reyes and we our confident in her skills too. She is also very kind. We wouldn’t hesitate to see any vets at BPC. BPC has an excellent team of people. Entire staff is dedicated in caring for pets and gives supportive care to us parents. They explain treatment options in layman’s terms and are transparent with costs. With costs rising in vet care and other industries - BPC will first try non invasive treatments when appropriate. We appreciate that they don’t upsell and do their best to keep costs reasonable. They’ve provided natural or OTC remedies when appropriate. We’ve seen different vets over the years for our dogs and cats. Have stayed at BPC because they have met our expectations of what it means to be the best in vet care. We trust them. Many staff employees have stayed at BPC for decades. This tells us they are happy and treated well. We appreciate their quick responses when our pet is ill. They squeeze us in their busy schedules. In exam room we’ve not felt rushed. There have occasionally been longer waiting times. This is understandable. We’re grateful to be seen. Thank you so much BPC for your dedication in helping all fur babies!

Everyone at the clinic is kind and professional. It made my first appointment at the clinic with my dog Betty a pleasant experience. Dr. Schroller is very knowledgable and a great listener. She took the time to get to know me and Betty and clearly explained her diagnosis and treatment plan. She called me with results of the blood work and took time to make sure I understood the results.

After losing Carl, it was very hard for me to trust anyone with my pets again. The last veterinary clinic I had taken my animals to was for over 5 years, so starting over and finding a new place felt overwhelming. I spent a long time researching because I wanted to find a clinic where Pepper and our new puppy Flynn would truly be cared for with compassion and understanding. From the moment we came here, the staff has made me feel comfortable and heard. They are patient, kind, and incredibly understanding of the fear and anxiety I still carry after losing Carl. Every visit has reassured me that I made the right decision. I’m so grateful to have found a clinic that treats both pets and owners with such genuine care. Thank you for helping me feel safe trusting again.

We choose Beaverton Pet Clinic upon our daughter’s recommendation. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Our eight year old cat just had her teeth cleaned and not only did Dr Yung send us before and after pictures but also called us afterwards to tell us how things went and updated us on Dottie’s overall health. If you consider your pet a family member this is the place to go for your pet’s health care.

Good care able to shift providers if needed to meet our needs. Our very shy rag doll is treated very well the FELIWAY spray on the blanket worked well keeping her calm.
