Not a good first impression. Beware this clinic lacks empathy and compassion for their customers and only care about their monetary gains. I’m a new customer and I had to put down a $90 deposit (which is weird, but if you don’t miss your appointment you get it back). Well I got into a car accident and was waiting for a tow truck, and while I’m trying to figure out who will pick up my daughter from daycare they call me to tell me I’m late. I had planned on calling them but my daughter and tow truck came first. I explained to the receptionist what happened and she told me I would need another deposit to reschedule. Meaning, I am out the first deposit. To me it feels like they are not in the business of their community as they cared more about their deposit than keeping a customer. The $90 was not that big of a deal, but the lack of compassion made me turned off from establishing care at this location.

Thank you for helping my 17 yo fur baby to less painfully cross that rainbow bridge. We both felt loved and cared for. When you have to possibly make "that decision" but are not sure, they help confirm the right path. Go here ❤️‍🩹

I've moved around a lot over the years and have seen a lot of different vets in that time, but have been taking my cats to Dr. Haley and his team for 3 years now and I've been very impressed with the care they've received. They corrected my older cat's misdiagnosis (from a previous vet) after reviewing past records, and removed some benign skin tumors (the skin has healed beautifully - can't even see or feel any scarring!). I cannot recommend Mountainside more :)

Wow, I just wish I could go here for my own health needs-- the care here is so superb. Everyone is so knowledgeable and professional. They don't rush through things, take the time to hear the story of the patient, and seem to really care about providing the best care each time-- you don't get that feeling where they are just on autopilot because they're just getting through the appointment. Really need to call out Dr. Brown, who has been so kind and long-suffering with my first-time doggy owner anxieties. She really goes beyond just treating conditions, etc. and really cares about the whole picture of life for my puppy Treble. Can't say enough good things. I'm also convinced she is some sort of dog whisperer, because she seems to be able to get my dog to behave like some sort of model canine citizen, where I continue to struggle with daily tasks. Run, don't walk, to this establishment!
