My mom and I had to bring our sweet cat Oscar in today to be put down. At our lowest and extreme emotional turmoil, Dr. Erdman made us feel so cared about and so did Oscar. He was handled with such a high level of care and I wouldn’t have wanted to have taken him anywhere else. Dr. Erdman went above and beyond in ways we have never experienced from a vet before. Her compassion and support impacted us in a way words fall short describing. She gave Oscar a peaceful passing he well deserved.

Update 2: we haven’t been able to see our normal vet since we originally went and then had the stool sample issue. Super frustrating. The person who helped us when our cat was really not doing well was ok. Update: Vet got back to me and was great so was their manager. Likely will be going back because of their knowledge. This place was awesome when I called and made an appointment and went in. The veterinarian was super knowledgeable and friendly but professional. I felt comfortable with the length and time of appointment and did not feel rushed or pushed into anything. They walked me through everything and what we could do and also gave me better info that other vets I've been to. Unfortunately, all that changed after I left. I took in a stool sample for one of my cats and it's been 2 months and counting since I have gotten a call about it. I tried calling 4 times and my partner tried once and they just keep saying they will have someone call me back. Super frustrating when trying to figure out if my cat is okay. I might not be going back since I am not able to get called back. Bummed since the vet was so amazing.
