Fantastic vet! A friend recommended this clinic when my husband and I mentioned how much we were unhappy with our dog’s previous vet. The quality of the care was apparent from the start. You get to accompany your animal throughout the appointment. Big green flag in my opinion. I always hated when, in the past, vets would take my animal “to the back” and out of my sight in order to weigh, take temp, vitals, etc. I’m very uncomfortable with my pet being out of my sight like that. Both times I’ve gone into Best Care, I was able to accompany my dog for the duration of the visit! Second, this vet is very experienced and thorough. My dog is 10, and this was the FIRST vet to make note of his posture. The FIRST vet to remove long/excess fur from his paw pads. And the FIRST vet that actually gave us multiple options for his medicated diet (in fact, we had been told by the previous vet that the medicated food they assigned was our ONLY option. Only one?! In the megabusiness that is dog food? It sounded wrong, and turns out it was. I didn’t even need to prompt Dr. Don for options, he just went ahead and advised us of everything, along with pros and cons). Third, they have weekend availability and are very accommodating. When my dog developed a licking granuloma, they were able to squeeze us in for an appointment ASAP. I don’t leave a lot of reviews normally, which is probably why this is one so long-winded lol, but I simply HAD to after experiencing such great care. It was so refreshing how competent and reliable this vet was, he and his amazing assistants (they are great) deserve many many good reviews! This facility is doing wonderful and compassionate work!

Don, From the moment we walked in, we were not acknowledged—no greeting or welcome. My wife and I sat in the front for approximately 30 minutes without any communication about what was going on or how long the wait might be. At no point were we informed that you were assisting an animal with a serious injury. From our perspective as customers, all we could hear was conversation and laughter in the back, which made the lack of communication even more frustrating. I want to be clear that the issue was not the wait itself, but the absence of communication. A brief explanation or acknowledgment would have made a significant difference and could have completely changed our experience. From a customer standpoint, I hope you can understand how this came across. With better communication, this situation could have been handled much differently. Unfortunately, based on how we were treated, we will not be returning. Xin Liang

I’m very disappointed and upset with this hospital. I made an appointment a month ago and advance to take my cats for a check up. The moment I walked in the door the doctor and the assistant didn’t greet me and said nothing, and they were at their front desk. I told them I came for my appointment and ignored me, so I sat down and waited for them for like 20 minutes without any response. So I finally asked them how long before my appointment is ready? The assistant said in a couple minutes with an attitude. Then I waited for 10 more minutes and walked out. DON’t COME HERE, the owner and staff here are rude and unprofessional.
